Read the following perspective of a teacher who offered their students the experience of the Hour of Code.

The hour of code for my 5th-grade students in science was an exciting science/technological day. We are so fortunate to have Ron Madison and Casey Schaub in our district to come into our classrooms and work alongside us teachers to create real world technology opportunities for students. It was differentiated learning at its best, where some students were just learning to code and other students were all the way to creating code. Students could choose what program they would like to code.. Examples: Mohana and Star Wars were just a couple examples. This was a great adventure for my 5th graders. Several of the students will visit code.org as a choice technology game on their chrome book to this day.
